Prices
Every plan and credit pack is priced on the pricing page (refvid.com/pricing) and again at checkout, with VAT included or added as shown there.
Other costs
RefVid charges nothing else. The cost of your internet connection is yours.

When you pay
Credit packs: when you buy them. Plans: when you subscribe, then automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Delivery
Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment goes through. Videos are generated when you ask for them, usually within a few minutes.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a plan at any time on the Account page; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Unused pack credits are refunded within 14 days of purchase, and credits for a failed video are returned automatically. Details are in the Refund Policy (refvid.com/refund-policy).
