What credits buy
Videos are priced by the second on Kling 3.0 Omni, any length from 3 to 15 seconds. If a generation fails, its credits come straight back.

Questions
- What is a credit?
- The unit you spend on videos. A 5-second video costs 210 credits. Credits are reserved when a generation starts and returned in full if it fails.
- Do unused credits expire?
- No. Each month's plan credits add to your balance and stay there, and pack credits never expire.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for twelve months up front at 20% off. Your plan's credits still arrive every month, the same as on monthly billing.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time, from your account page. Plan changes are prorated, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. RefVid never sees or stores your card details.
