We want you to be happy with RefVid. This policy explains when money is refunded. To request a refund, email hello@refvid.com from your account’s email address.
Failed generations
If a video fails to generate, the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If you have already used some of a pack’s credits, we refund the unused share. Credits that have been spent on generated videos cannot be refunded.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and have used less than 10% of that period’s credits, we refund that payment in full. Renewals are not refunded, but we will always refund a renewal you did not intend if you tell us within 7 days and have not used its credits.
Your statutory rights
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because generating a video uses the service immediately, by starting a generation you ask us to begin performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits used. Your rights for unused credits are covered above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
